For optimal performance, we highly recommend opting for our Ultra Fast Fibre broadband plans (with Metro Wireless as an alternative), which ensure consistently faster speeds and lower latency compared to traditional copper broadband connections like ADSL and VDSL.

When it comes to equipment, you have the freedom to use your own modem and/or router with our broadband services. However, if you don't have one or wish to upgrade, we provide the option to rent our wireless modem/routers at a nominal fee of just $10 per month which we manage and upgrade.

In cases where Fibre broadband isn't accessible, we offer an alternative solution called our Metro Network, which involves a line-of-sight wireless broadband service. This service guarantees excellent speed and low latency, making it an ideal stop-gap solution for our rural customers.
